Cotton Tufted Duvet Cover Set

This duvet cover is so soft and feels amazing on the skin. The color (pink) is a true match to photos. It's a medium thickness but super soft and not scratchy, great for me! However, the design sheds and pills A LOT. The second photo is from the first time I washer and dried it. It constantly is pilling so you need to rewash or run a hair remover over it. That being said the style, comfort and buttery softness make up for it. If you are a neat freak or if the pilling would both you I'd say skip it. However I wash my sheets 1x a week so it doesn't super bother me (but is still kinda annoying). I'm hoping over time the design will stop shedding and get a bit more matted down with use. Until then,my lint roller is getting a workout as I sleep in buttery lotion sheets.

Picture doesn’t do justice. It’s Very comfy, beautiful and quality stuff. No regrets spending on this one!!! Its 90/90 and my comforter is 92/88 or something like that. So make sure you know your comforter measurements. I still use it because it looks beautiful.

This review is for the Double Stitch by Bedsure Cotton Duvet Cover Set (Size - Queen, Color - Cream). I received a free taxable sample of this duvet cover set to review in my search for a nice duvet cover set. The set arrived in a minimally branded two-piece premium cardboard box within which was a double drawstring canvas storage bag branded with a fabric tag and a paper marketing tag attached with twine. Inside the canvas bag was the duvet cover set made up of a duvet cover and two pillowcases. The duvet cover weighs 1617 grams and measures 88" in width x 94" in length with the seven pairs of 12 ½ fabric ties oriented on the bottom. The pillowcases each weigh 135 grams and measure 21” vertically x 27 ½” across with two pairs of 11 ½” fabric ties located to the side. There are 8 ½” and 9” inside flaps woven into the openings of the duvet cover and each pillowcase respectively. These inside pockets help keep the items in and make for a nice, finished look. Overall workmanship is good with mostly clean and consistent stitching with a few stray pieces of thread. I like the topstitch reinforcement as well as that the fuzzy string design has been sewn into the material itself instead of being glued on. The set items as per the product information are 100% cotton with a valid certification number for OEKO-TEX Standard 100. My first impression of the set items was that the cotton material and the tufted yarn design are very smooth and soft. There is a reasonable weight and thickness to the cotton material that should hold up reasonably well across a range of climates where you would use a duvet. The cotton is a natural cotton color which nicely complements the light tan color of the simple design. For the duvet cover the design is two sets of three wavy lines located about a third in from each side of the cover. The design for the pillowcases is a single wavy line located about a quarter in from the side opposite the fabric ties. The overall neutral design is an easy complement to my home decor, and I like that the set items are durable and similarly easy to care for in that I have been machine washing and machine drying them with no issues. All in all, this is a nice duvet cover set made out of a soft cotton material and with a nice neutral design. I recommend this as a nice option for a duvet cover set.
