Return & Refund
If you're not completely satisfied with your Double Stitch order, we'll make things right. Just contact us at hello@doublestitch.com to start a return, no questions asked.
Return period
You may return most new, unopened items within 365 days of delivery for a full refund. If there was a problem with the order (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping fees.
- Please note that we don't accept returns after the 365 day timeframe. If an item is sent back to us after the 365 day window, we may reject your return and charge additional shipping fees
- We cannot accept return/exchange of items that are used or damaged. All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with product tags attached.
- Once you drop off your package, you should expect to receive your full refund within 4 weeks.
- Please take care to package your return securely. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper return packaging.
- We recommend opting for tracking on your return package in case there are any issues or delays.
- Gift cards and items marked as sale items, final sales, or special sales may not eligible for returns or exchanges.
