Are Double Stitch products available in physical retail stores?
Not at this time! We sell directly to you, which allows us to offer ultra-premium products at a fair price (and provide the best possible customer experience). It’s a convenient, efficient, and more affordable way of doing things.

What is TENCEL™ ?
TENCEL™ is an ultra-premium brand of Lyocell fiber made from sustainably-farmed eucalyptus trees. It’s used across the world in apparel, home goods, and of course bedding. We use TENCEL™ in some of our fabric blends to improve breathability and moisture wicking. It’s also incredibly eco-friendly and produced with a closed-loop process!
What is BCI-certified cotton?
We’re proud to be members of the Better Cotton Initiative, a certification process that sets certain standards for cotton production, working towards a more sustainable future and fairer labor standards for farmers.
What is OEKO-TEX® certification?
Our products are pre-washed and tested by a trusted third party lab (OEKO-TEX®) to ensure that they are free from harmful substances and chemicals, supporting a healthy sleep environment.
Order
What if an item I want is out of stock during a sale or special promotion?
During special sales and promotions, all items are while supplies last. When they're gone, they're gone!
Are you able to hold, delay or combine orders?
We are not able to make changes to orders after they've shipped.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and payments through Klarna.
Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
To prevent any potential delays, your payment method will be charged at the time of order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your shipment's progress using your order number and email.
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
We cannot modify orders after they have shipped. But don't worry! If you'd like to return an item once it has arrived, simply contact our customer service team. We offer free returns, no questions asked.
How do I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel orders after they have shipped. However, if you'd like to return your purchase once it has arrived, simply contact our customer service team. We offer free returns, no questions asked.
Does Double Stitch offer discounts, coupons, or promotions?
We do! Be sure to join the Double Stitch Community, follow us on social media, and sign up for our emails to always be the first to know.
Why isn't my promo code applying to my order?
We can only accept one promotion per order, including promo codes and site-wide promotions. Promo codes may not be used together or combined on already-discounted items.

What are your current shipping methods?
We use Amazon fulfilment to ensure ultra-fast, ultra-convenient shipping. Specific options will be outlined at checkout, but please feel free to contact our support team if you have any questions.
Can I expedite my order?
We use Amazon fulfillment to ensure ultra-fast, ultra-convenient shipping on all orders. Packages usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
Please note that carrier and/or weather delays are outside of our control and might affect delivery times.
Where does Double Stitch ship?
We currently only ship within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii), but we are hoping to expand to more countries and territories soon! Join our community and you’ll always be the first to know.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you've just placed an order, please contact our customer service team.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
If the items are all in stock and ready to ship, they are more likely to come in the same shipment. However, if one or more of the items are not in stock, they may be shipped separately.
My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?
If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the correct location, please verify the shipping address on your order. If everything seems correct, please reach out to us at hello@doublestitch.com for assistance.

What is your return policy?

When will I receive my refund?
Once you drop off your package, you should expect to receive your full refund within 4 weeks.
