We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the US.
All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days (during holidays and promotional seasons, there may be a delay of 1-2 days) from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

2. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to USA (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii) only.
3. Do I need to pay for shipping？
No, Double Stitch provides free shipping on all orders.
4. How will my purchase be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Double Stitch products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
5. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof. You will receive a shipment notification email when the product is shipped.
6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has shipped.
7. What do I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?

To assist us in further investigating the issue, we kindly request that you provide some photos of the product, including the photo of the products you received, the care instruction tag (which includes the IMPA Code number) and the package label. These additional details will greatly help us in understanding and addressing the problem.
