To create our premium pillows and duvets, we source the finest feathers and down right here in the USA, then we finish in Canada to Canadian Down standards—the highest benchmark of quality. Every Double Stitch down product is encased in soft, sateen cotton and carries the DOWNMARK® label to ensure authenticity.
After testing down from all over the world, we chose USA-sourced feathers due to their superior weight, softness, and overall feel. We process the down and assemble in Canada at a family-owned, quality-driven factory to ensure the strongest possible quality assurance standards.
DOWNMARK®
All of our down products display the certified DOWNMARK® label, meeting the highest guidelines set by the Canadian Government. Our pillows and duvets are independently tested at the International Down and Feather Laboratory (IDFL) in Salt Lake City, Utah, and they continue to be tested at random by Canada’s Competition Bureau to guarantee ongoing quality assurance.

Developed after countless revisions and refinements, our premium blend combines the classic, familiar softness of 100% USA-grown cotton with the versatility of natural TENCEL™ fibers, featuring a smooth brushed sateen finish. USA-grown cotton
We start with the highest quality cotton, lovingly grown right here in the USA—sustainably farmed and harvested in the rolling foothills of Tennessee. Then we weave our 300-thread-count cotton with natural TENCEL™ fibers, derived from eucalyptus plants, for our softest sheets ever.
Soft and smooth
Unlike other cotton sheets (which can feel rough and rigid, especially when new), our exclusive blend and patented pre-wash system produce a luxuriously-smooth feel and finish, right out of the box.
Every Double Stitch sheet is sandwashed at our facilities for day one softness, and because they’ve already been laundered, they’ll never shrink when you wash them at home.

All-season blend
Linen has unique properties that naturally help regulate body temperatures. When it is cold, the natural fibers of the linen contract, locking in heat. When it’s warm, the opposite happens—the fibers “open up” to increase breathability. We then add lyocell, a natural plant fiber that helps to further improve breathability and wick away moisture. The result? A comfy, familiar linen feel that’s ideal for year-round use.
Day 1 soft
