Cashmere is the softer, warmer, and lighter counterpart to wool, thanks to its unique source: cashmere goats native to Mongolia. These resilient creatures endure temperatures as low as -4°F, making them experts at staying warm. Their fine, lightweight undercoat insulates their body heat, and it’s this luxurious hair that we use to create cashmere. Since we’re not quite as skilled in this natural insulation, we borrow from them to create the coziest bedding
Everyone claims cashmere is lightweight, but what does that really mean? If you examine a strand of your hair, you'll find it quite thin. Cashmere, however, is 1/6 the thickness of that strand, making it ultra-fine. Despite its delicate nature, cashmere retains heat exceptionally well, providing the lightweight warmth that makes it so coveted.
We use high-grade, long-staple cashmere fibers to craft our bedding, ensuring a silky soft product that retains its shape and stands the test of time. This collection is made to last.
